Every recipient needs an email address: the first open sends a link to that inbox, then their device asks for Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint or a passcode. A forwarded link shows a closed door; opens are counted only through a passkey session. The email carries no thumbnails. The seal is as strong as that inbox: a lost passkey is replaced through it, and you’re told.
For every frame with an original attached, a heat map of what changed, as a fourth compare view (“Changes”): Retouch — skin, cleanup, paint (the overall grade is matched out first, so a new grade doesn’t light up the frame) — and Shape — liquify and reshaping, with arrows showing which way. Built in this browser while it uploads, about 2 seconds a frame. Recipients see it.
